    You must log in with administrative permissions and go to the spot where the inventory items are listed. Click on "Add new item".   You will then fill in a form that pertains to the inventory item you adding to the system.  Here you enter price, description, shipping and handling charges, as well as the images.  

    To add images: go to the field for the small image and large image that you wish to upload along with the item's price, description, etc...  Click on Browse... and pick the image on your computer that you wish to associate with the new item.  Do this for both the small and large images that you have on your computer.  Remember that the smaller the file size of the images the better.  The smaller that the image's file size will cause the web pages associated with your items to load faster.  The Web_Inventory system can accept almost all image formats that standard web browser's can accept.  When you are done entering all of the item's data, press the "Submit" button to add the new inventory item's data and images.  Use your browser's "Back" button to go to the page with the inventory items in it, and then press the "Refresh" or "Reload" button to see the new inventory item's info.   If you made any mistakes click "Edit item" to make the desired changes.
