    For people browsing your web site that are interested in a particular inventory item, Web_Inventory includes are form that a person may fill in.  This form is then emailed to your email address along with the inventory item's number, the person's name, email address, phone number and best-time-to-contact-them. 

Click here to see this demonstrated.  Go through the supercategory and category until you get to an item.  Next to the picture is a link that says "I would like more info...", click this link to get to the form that you can fill out.  Filling this out will send the web site's sales staff an email as described above.  It is then up to the web site's sales staff to reply to the person making the inquiry.
